Element 3: Understand how individual development, including communication skills, coaching, mentoring, negotiation, and motivation theory, works within a leadership role.
Element 4: Assess different personality styles and analyze individual strengths and areas of improvement within leadership.
Element 5: Develop a sense of self-awareness by identifying a leadership vision, mission, style, and values.
